Laziness

My author set out to write a literary work of art
Something that would be read and reread for years to come.
Professors would dissect me and lecture about me
Until their students didn't want to think ever again.
I guess it was laziness that brought about this instead.

:D This sort of thing is definitely more suited to the laziness department.

Whatever! There's rhythmn and a subtle beat to it. Try reading it out loud, and you can totally hear it. That's really clever, bro!

Thanks for the comment by the way; I enjoy reading your blog, too--when you post, at least. Keep at it!

It kinda stemmed from a "story" that my sister texted me earlier that day- "Once upon a time there was a boy named collin, and i'm too lazy" ... to finish the story, or even the text explaining that she's too lazy to finish the story. She actually meant to finish the text, but I got a huge kick out of it anyway. So I wrote that "poem" in honor of her "story". Anyway, I'm glad you like it. :)
